Albright model ED250LAB Battery Disconnect Switch. This pull-on/push-off switch has been designed to provide a rapid means of isolating an EV battery pack in the event of a serious electrical fault. It has double breaking main contacts with silver alloy contact tips which are weld resistant, hard wearing and have excellent conductivity. Rating is 96 VDC, 250 amps continuous, 1000 amps rupture. This version includes the optional integral lock and auxiliary microswitch. Once the contacts are closed, the key may be removed to allow the large knob to be used as a panic button. The auxiliary microswitch contains both normally open and normally closed contacts rated at 15 Amps @ 24 VDC. The auxiliary contacts open in advance of the main contacts.

Measures 2.45" W x 2.52" D x 5.22" H (5.67" H with contacts closed).
