The ET motor will bolt in the same as the older original 48 volt E-Tek. This motor has a totally redesigned commutator and brush assembly.  It represents the highest power/weight/dollar available on the market for brush PM (Permanent Magnet) motors. Designed and built by the same team that brought us the original E-tek motor. 3 lbs heavier, this radial motor can do 125 amps at 48 volts continuously and runs in either direction. This is ideally suited for 48 volts but also works well on 24 and 36 volts. Click on torque curves below. Works with Alltrax and other PM controllers. Great for electrathons, motorcycles, and go-carts as well as boats.
