Deluxe Conversion Kit for 1989-2001 Metro, Sprint, Firefly and Swift This kit fits the 1989 to 2001 GEO Metro, Chevy Sprint, Pontiac Firefly and Suzuki Swift. This includes all the two door and four door models as well as the hatchback and the convertible. It will fit later models of Swifts if they have the 3 cylinder engine. These kits include all the components to convert one of these cars to battery power. The front battery box bolts in and the rear one can weld (recommended) or rivet in, they are designed for group 31 batteries. DELUXE GEO KIT:
This kit requires (12) group 31, 12 volt batteries making a very peppy 144-volt car. Top speed is over 75 mph, range from 25 to 50 miles depending on batteries used and driving conditions.
